End Of Life for IXP220
Please be advised we shall discontinue the manufacture and sale of the IXP220 controller hardware, launched almost a decade ago, and the product is now in End Of Life status.
The product is to be replaced by the Access Portal hardware, which is able to perform the same functions in the IXP220 system.

Repair services:
No repairs will be undertaken on the IXP220 units. Should a faulty unit be returned within the warranty period, Access Portal equipment will be supplied (on a return basis).
Technical support:
The product change will have no impact on our free 24 hour technical support for customers. Full support will be available for both products.
